Hi everyone!

As promised here is the information regarding the mock meet and our first meet. 

Mock Meet:

Friday  6/10 - 7:15 am ALL SWIMMERS!

Should take about an hour and we will have team breakfast around 8:15! The swimmers will do our meet warm-up and then have the chance to race any stroke they want! I will explain more to the swimmers how it will work, but it will be a very simple structure. Families are more than welcome at the mock meet and team breakfast!

I will send out warm-up times and pool addresses as soon as I have that info! For now please see the instructions on how to sign up your swimmer for the meet! I have not heard if we need to send timers from our team yet so there are currently no jobs to sign up for!

How to Register for Jobs and Swims at a Meet:

Log in to the website. Login is found in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

If you can’t remember your password, click "forgot your password" to reset your password.

Under the Team Schedule tab, select "Signup Calendar" to sign up for a swim meet.

Job Signup

• Click the green JOB SIGNUPtab and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed). If you know you and your spouse will not be at this meet, skip to Swimmer Signup.
• Click Save Assignments.
• Click Back to Signup Calendar.

If your team allows your athletes to declare attendance and/or select meet entries:

• Click the green MEET ENTRY tab, and then click the green Edit tab under your athletes' names.
• For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.
  • (undeclared)
  • Attending
  • Not Attending

  PLEASE DO THIS EVEN IF YOU WON'T BE THERE!

• Select the appropriate events from the list shown.
• Specify your swimmer's availability for relays from the drop-down options (if offered).
• Click Save to record your choices.

If you have any questions please reach out! Meet registration closes on Wednesday at Midnight! Please be sure to get your swimmer's events entered before then! It's a new process for me as well so we will just do our best!
