June 15th @ Maple Hills: Meet Recap & Results

We had a great time competing this past weekend at Maple Hills Pool! It was amazing to see everyone's hard work in practice pay off in the first meet of the season! We had three amazing relay groups, our first relay group, Brianna K, Enoch J, Keira D, and Austin A swam a 200 Medley relay and placed 1st! Our second relay group, with Rylan S, BriEllyn W, Austin A, and Enoch Jensen swam a 200 Freestyle relay, finishing in 1st place! Our third relay group of the weekend, including Soren W, Jarrett S, Titus K, and QuinLeigh W. swam a 100 Freestyle Relay and powered through an intense race for 1st! 

Overall, Coach Claire and I were incredibly proud of the hard work and determination from each swimmer this weekend! Their hard work and dedication in practice were strongly reflected in their swimming this weekend, and we couldn't be happier with the sportsmanship they showed on top of their strong swimming!

Weekly Practice Schedule: ***No Practice Monday, June 24th***

June 17th - 21st

11 & Over: Monday-Friday 6:45am - 8:30am 

10 & Under: Monday - Friday 7:30-8:30am

***Please make sure your swimmer has a water bottle and tennis shoes every morning for practice!***

MONDAY JUNE 24th: NO PRACTICE

We will be canceling practice on June 24th to allow all swimmers a chance to rest and catch up on some sleep, after attending three swim meets in a short period. We will return to our normal practice schedule on Tuesday, June 25th.

June 19th 8am @ Centennial Rec Center ***Meet Entries Due by 6/18 @12pm***

Location: 1932 Caddoa Dr, Loveland, CO 80538

We will be attending a swim meet this Wednesday at Centennial Rec Center in Loveland! Meet entries opened late this morning and are available to you through SwimTopia. Please note that the events were not loaded into SwimTopia until late this morning, meaning this will be another quick turnaround. We apologize for the short notice, but entries will need to be completed by tomorrow afternoon. We are asking that all swimmers be declared by noon tomorrow, so we can quickly add and approve entries and get them sent off in time for the meet on Wednesday morning.

***If you want your child to swim at the meet on Wednesday you MUST declare them to swim by Noon Tomorrow, June 18th, 2024.***

We are still waiting to hear about warm-up times, once we have this information you'll receive another email from us. We believe warm-ups will start around 7:30am, but this is not confirmed.

Just a gentle reminder, my office hours are from 10am-2pm Monday - Friday. Any calls, emails, or texts received after 2pm will likely not be responded to until the following day after morning practice. If it is an urgent matter, I will respond as soon as I can but my abilities may be limited.
